Conclusions:

• While fine particulate matter (PM2.5) mass concentrations in Delhi are at least an order of magnitude
higher than in many western cities, the particle number (PN) concentrations are not similarly elevated.

• WE also observed meteorological factors also affect particle size distribution LIKE IN USA
height over the course of a year:

In the summer (middle), the air mixes quite high into the atmosphere. That means the pollution we’re creating spreads over a larger area.
In the winter, the air hangs closer to the surface of the Earth, meaning we choke in our own exhaust more.
• In European cities, winter concentrations are elevated by a factor of 1. 5 annual means compared to
summer concentrations.
• In Beijing China, We found that there are differences in calculated particle number emissions between
different wind directions, likely resulting from differences in the strength of atmospheric clustering and
particle emissions, and in the extent of the region with high emissions in different directions.
• In the Pacific the number-size distribution and the NPF event frequency were characteristic, according to
different sea areas and their conditions, particularly meteorological conditions smaller along the air mass
trajectory. the upper troposphere and continental area, suggest that precipitation and emission from
marine biological productivity higher controlled the balances of formation and growth of aerosol particles.
• Usually Accumalation particle mode is found more during autumn and winters
• AITKEN USUALLY HIGH IN SUMMER
