GROUP 6

Water molecule is comprised of

two hydrogen (H) atoms and one
oxygen (O) atom. Hydrogen
atoms bond to the oxygen by
sharing a pair of electrons called
covalent bond.
A polar molecule is a chemical
species in which the distribution
of electrons between covalent
bonded atoms is not even.
A water molecule has one side that is positively charged and
one side that is negatively charged.
Hydrogen Bonding
Capillary action is the ability of
a liquid to flow in narrow spaces
without the assistance of, or even
in opposition to, external forces
like gravity.
