1.Introduction

processors, and fish traders. Every year
fisheries contribute US dollars in the form of
foreign exchange and open up job
opportunities in contributing to national
development.
Octopus is a fishery commodity that is prone
to deterioration in quality. In a very short
time the octopus (Octopus) will become
rotten.
2. LITERATURE REVIEW

Octopus (Octopus) is a mollusk whose habitat is


on coral reefs. Animals whose feet are on the
head have 8 arms with suckers that are used to
move and catch prey
a. Nutritional Content of Frozen Whole Octopus (Octopus)

Octopus is a low-calorie source with a lean shape.


There are about 140 calories per 3 ounces (85 g) of
