Learning the skill of making effective presentations is not only useful for public speaking and formal presentations, but also essential in conversations where the
speaker wants to clearly communicate their ideas and convince others that those ideas and purposes are worthwhile and worth considering.
When making an oral presentation it is important to have clear ideas and follow an order so that the audience can follow and understand what you are saying,
so in this evidence you must make an improvement plan for the management process that you evaluated in Evidence 1: Dialogue "Evaluating product and
service" of this learning guide.
To fulfill the purpose of this evidence, it is important that you read and analyze the training material called Presenting and improvement plan beforehand,
especially the following topics:
Past simple, to describe the problems found in the evaluation.
Future tense, to present the solutions for the future.
And the subtopic, Presentations: language expert, to identify the phrases to be used in an oral presentation, in addition to the following complementary
material:
Oral presentation skills.
Business process improvement plan.
After these readings and in order to fulfill the purpose of this evidence, develop the following:
1. Make an improvement plan for the management process you evaluated in evidence 1, already mentioned.
2. Record in a video the presentation of your improvement plan, this should have a maximum duration of 10 minutes.
Develop this evidence with the tool of your choice and send the file with the improvement plan and the video or link of it, to the instructor through the virtual
learning platform.
Introduction
Before documenting the requirements for such solutions in the market, the project defines the
activities, evolutions and methods provided by the technical solutions, including measures to increase
efficiency in the form of distribution, sales and promotion.
The improvement plan generates us to project solutions in the company, that is, it helps to develop an
organizational instruction located to the advances that are promoted in the corrective execution in all
organizational processes and ensures that its resources are used properly.

problems that are generated unexpectedly, also providing the security of our product services and
