Focus Problem Statement
Since 2021 there has been a reduction in sales Y = Lead time
due to the delay of the employees in
preparing the products on the days with the
highest demand (on weekends), so it is Y+ + +
expected to reduce the delivery time from 12
to 10 minutes.
