 Every Road Divisions have their login credentials for PMIS login

 PMIS Dashboard Displays here Total Roads, Projects, Allotments and

Expenditure in division.

Road Master Listing have information of all Roads of division.

Road can search by Road Type:
1. MDR
2. SH
3. Major Bridge
 PMIS View Road Detail

 Road Master details display information of road, condition of

road, Lane width, Reason of Bad and Fair of road and issue of
attention.
 PMIS Edit Road Statistics

 Road Statistics section maintain data of road condition as length wise

Good, Fair, Average and Bad condition information. & Reason
 PMIS Project Progress

 Project Progress Module maintain information about ongoing project in road

section.
 Division has right to add new project in PMIS.
 PMIS Add New Project

Add New Project page.

 PMIS Add New Project
 First we have to select Financial year of Project.
 Wing, Circle and division will be default selected according to
division login.
 Select Head :
1. State Plan 2. Non Plan 3. PLAN 4. PPP 5. Bypass
 (Every Head have Sub Head )
 Enter Project Name and then Select Road Type:
1. MDR 2. SH 3. Major Bridge
 According to Selected Road Type Road list will appear in Dropdown.
 Select Nature of Work :
1. BOT (Annuity) 2. Building 3. BOT (TOLL) 4. CMBD
5. EPC 6. OPRMC 7. Other 8. PPP 9. SH
 Enter Administrator Approval Amount and Date, Agreement
Amount, Project Start and End Date, Select Contractor from
contractor list who have allocated work.
By default Project status will be Ongoing.
 PMIS Project Set Target

 Set the target of the project from the set target section. It is
used to target the defined components of the project.
 PMIS Project CD Work Type

 CD Types defines that how much culverts, Major and

Minor Bridges existing in road project.
 PMIS Project Progress

 Project component with target appears in this page , we will

have to enter project progress. Cumulative progress will
calculated automatically and last progress entry will show
with progress entry date.
 PMIS Project Progress

 In Project Progress entry section end of page we have to enter

additional remarks of Project, bridge status in bridge remarks
field (if any). We can upload at least 2 images of each road
component.
 PMIS Project Progress

 In Project View page we can see project status in graphical view with
project details. We can also see uploaded image of project progress by
road component.
 PMIS Financial Progress

 Financial Progress page shows all expenditure of selected

project.
 PMIS Financial Bill Entry

 In Financial Bill entry we have select Financial year, select Bill month, Bill
Date, Expenditure Amount (in lacks) and Measuring Book Number.
 PMIS Report

 In Report Menu bar there are option to Download Road statistics

and Project Progress Report.

 Road Statistics Report can download search by Road Type.

 Project Progress Report can be download by customize search by

financial year, road type, head, project status and by date.
