Introduction:

Atlas D.I.D (Private) Limited is a private limited company incorporated on 22nd July 2019.
The principal activity of the Company is to manufacture and sale of CAM Chains and Drive
Chains for two wheeler industry. Atlas DID has three share holders, 60% of Atlas Autos,
20% Daido Sittipol (Thailand) & 20% Daido Kogyo (Japan).

Production Capacity : 4 Million Chains/Year

Customers: Atlas Honda (OEM), Atlas Honda (SPD), Retail Market & Suzuki
Issue:
1. Meezan (Local) Bank lost set of documents including,

A. Invoice B. Packing List C. BOL D. CO

2. We request supplier to send copy of all documents, supplier agreed to share copy of all
documents except BOL.

3. Shipping line (Evergreen Line) not agreed to send 2 nd copy of Original BOL.

4. Shipping line said to fulfill 13 clauses which is the requirement in case of BOL lost.

5. Meezan Bank & ADID fulfill these clauses, then Shipping line issue 2 nd copy of Original
BOL.

6. ADID retired documents, then shipping line issue DO for custom clearance.

7. Consignment was reached at port on 17-July-22 & released from port on 24-Aug-22.
