 FOUNDATION
Pakistan Citizens Alliance (PCA) was founded
in Lahore in 2010 by Asad Khan, Ahmad Ali
Raza & Muhammad Adeel Javed. PCA
started as a group of few university students
who wanted to return back something to
their country, a country which is providing
them enough opportunities to set their lives
on a progressive road.
 Introduction
Pakistan Citizens Alliance (PCA) is a family of fervent,
dedicated & patriotic students and professionals
who are working voluntarily in the fields of
Education, Social Empowerment & Disaster
management.
Pakistan Citizens Alliance is a non-political, non-
ethnic and non-profit organization which provides a
platform to the Youth and people of all ages and
walks of life to work as one and bring positive
change in the society.
 Our Mission
Our mission is to uplift and strengthen our society
through education, awareness and social empowerment.
We aim to change the society through sincere, dedicated,
energetic, educated, intellectual and patriotic citizens,
regardless of any difference such as caste, sect, religion,
region, background or social status—for the SURVIVAL,
UPLIFT, GROWTH & STRENGTHENING of people and our
spiritual and cultural beliefs.

 SJ & LA Scholarships
SHAHID & LIAQAT EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS is
a scheme that has been initiated since September
2014 to sponsor the students of higher studies
who can’t meet their educational expenditures.
This scholarship program is an extension of BANO
SAHARA project. The only difference is that it’s
offered to students of higher studies only while
BANO SAHARA is for under-metric students.
 Dar-ul-Uloom
Dar-ul-Uloom is a free
learning school system
working in the outskirt area of
Lahore. The main focus of
Dar-ul-Uloom is to provide
the quality science knowledge
to the poor children of that
area as well as Hifz and Nazra
Quran tuitions, and with the
hope to expand in future
throughout Pakistan.
 Eesaar Store

Eesaar Store, monthly
Ration is provided to
all the needy families
of The Lyceate School
on subsides rates who
are Ration Card
holders. So they can
get discounts on
necessary food items.
 Kasab-E-Halal
Kasb-E-Halal is a reflection of
Social Empowerment & poverty
reduction objectives of PCA. The
purpose of this project is to help
unemployed people set up small
businesses through which they
may cope with their financial
needs. We support them
financially to start small scale
businesses which suit them as
per their location & expertise.
 Eesaar-E-Ramdan
The food bags named as
HAPPINESS BOX contains the
basic necessities of kitchen for
a family. We distribute these
happiness boxes among the
needy in the holy month of
Ramadan. This project
mainly works under the
collection of Zakat &
Sadaqat.
 Defeat the Winter
To give the gift of
warmth by providing
adequate support for all
the needy school families
and home less individuals
lining on roads or may be
affected by disasters and
forced to live under the
open sky.
 Disaster Management
PCA always stood first in
the provision of
emergency services and
public assistance during
or immediately after a
disaster in or der to save
lives, reduce health
impacts, ensure public
safety and meet the basic
subsistence needs of the
people affected.
