INTRODUCTION:

• Composite Materials: A Composite materials can be defined as a combination of two or more materials that results in better properties than those of the individual components used
alone. The two constituents are a reinforcement and a matrix.
• Matrix :The continuous phase is the matrix made up of polymer, metal or ceramic.
• Reinforcement : A strong, inert, woven and nonwoven fibrous material incorporated into the matrix to improve its mechanical and physical properties. For example, fibers, whiskers,
particulate etc.

Summary/Conclusions
The conclusions from this study are as follows. Flammability Result of CLS Composite Flammability Result of Rice Husk Composite
 Both the specimen is tested and analyzed for thermal conductivity. Hence the result shows 2.543Wmºc for CLS composite which is lesser thermal conductivity compare to Rice husk
composite which is having 2.71 Wmºc. so, it can be used in the application where insulator material is necessary.

 The specimens are tested and analyzed for flammability. Both in the UL94V and UL94HB tests, the composite's mass loss rate and flame propagation rate were reduced in CLS composite
than Rice husk composite, while its flame or fire resistance was increased in CLS fiber. The CLS composite has more thermal stability due to a lower burning rate. Because of this, CLS
fiber will make the composite material less flammable, indicating that it has a bright future in both building and decorative applications.
