National Commission on Labour is an Indian statutory body to

Conclusion
• The Commission took into account the emerging economic environment which
involves the rapid technological change, economic globalisation, Trade and
industry liberalisation, tuning existing laws with future labour market needs and
demands.

• This statutory body not only helps in safeguarding the interests of labourers but
also sets up rules and regulations regarding the same. This is done in order to
ensure that all the labours and labour unions are governed with the same sets of
laws and no discrimination can happen from either of the sides.
