HYDRAULIC LIFT

Experiment and Presentation.

Purpose.

The purpose of this project is to signify the importance and

usefulness of Hydraulic Systems and their effect on the future of
technology.
What Is The Meaning Of The Term
Hydraulic?

• relating to hydraulic engineer
• relating to water or other liquid in motion
hydraulic erosion
• operated by the resistance offered or the
pressure transmitted when a quantity of
liquid (such as water or oil) is forced through
a comparatively small orifice or through a
tube hydraulic brakes
• operated, moved, or effected by means of
water
The Usefulness Of Hydraulics.

• To be a pollution-free way of
producing electricity.

• As a long-lasting renewable
resource.

• An easily accessible energy

production unit
Laws Related to Hydraulics.

Hydraulics are used in machines. These these machines use different methods to
work such as Pascal’s Law to function properly. Pascal’s Law states that:
“Pressure applied at any liquid enclosed in a container, is transported without
loss to any other parts of a liquid.”
Another method related to hydraulics is called Archimedes Principle. It states
that:
“When an object is totally or partially immersed in a liquid, an up thrust acts on
it equal to the weight in displacement.”
Conclusion.

In conclusion, Hydraulics can help change

the future starting with a simple project, to
a high-pressured elevator. Application of
these laws can implement an effect on the
future of technology efficiently, as well as
economically.
