• We connect the whole sellers with small
(Karyana) shops.

• I create a website where shopkeepers book

their shop related things.

• Estimated value of my business is 2millon.

• Take orders online through the app and get

that items from the whole sellers.
Memorandum of Association:

• Represents the charter of the company.

• Legal document prepared during the

formation and registration process of a
company.

• Define its relationship with shareholders.

• It specifies the objectives for which the

company has been formed.
Article of Association:

• Document that specifies the regulations for a

company's operations and defines the
company's purpose.

• Document lays out how tasks are to be

accomplished within the organization.

• Also handle the process for appointing

directors and the handling of financial records.
Name Reservation:

• After receiving confirmation from state

authorities that the name is available, you
may reserve it.

• Reserving company names creates your

intention of using the name and prevents
others from using it.

•  Name reservations are limited in time in all

cases.
Lieu Prospectus:

• A document filed with the Registrar of the

Companies ( ROC ) when the company has not
issued prospectus to the public for inviting
them to subscribe for shares.

• The statement must contain the signatures of

all the directors or their agents authorized in
writing.

• Lieu of prospectus can be filed by a public

company going for a public issue.
Challans:

•  Name reservation fee (PKR 200).

• Filing fee (PKR 400).

• Registration fee (for online submission: PKR

1,000 for capital below PKR 100,000.

• Fee for registration with the Labor

Department (PKR 1,000).
