Light is very important for human because it helps us to

see even in darkness nights. Many places in the
Philippines uses electricity even in the slums part where-
in they are obliged to have electricity to see on sight,
that causes tangling wires. But that is the opposite of
rural areas around Philippines, The Philippines consisted
different islands and some doesn’t have electricity, it is
difficult to reach their home because of the Governments
budget, thus they are living in light-deprived
environment. Solar Bottle bulb will not only help people
to see in darkness but also save them from bills and
accidents, it is not only made to save the people but also
the nature by reducing used plastic bottles. 3 3

the Problem:

This study aims to utilize the use of plastic bottles as a solar

bulb, it also aims to answer the questions:
1. How many watts of light it can produce?
2. Does the time/weather, size of plastic bottles, and a led
light can affect the watts it might produce?
3. Is there any significant differences between a solar bottle
bulb to a real light bulb?
