Bullying occurs when an individual (or a

targeted.
Bullying can include the following:

imitating others online).

physical bodily acts to exert power over
peers. Punching, kicking and other physical
attacks are all types of physical bullying.
What is Verbal Bullying?
•Verbal abuse is a type of psychological/mental
abuse that involves the use of oral, gestured, and
written language directed to a victim. Verbal abuse
can include the act of harassing, labeling,
insulting, scolding, rebuking, or excessive yelling
towards an individual.
What is Social Bullying?

Social bullying is the use of various means to damage or

destroy someone’s social relationships. For this reason, it’s
often called relational aggression or relational bullying.
It’s an insidious form of bullying because it takes many forms.
Social bullying can occur in person and as a form of
cyberbullying.
What is Cyberbullying?
Cyberbullying or cyber harassment is a form of
bullying or harassment using electronic means.
Cyberbullying and cyber harassment are also
known as online bullying. It has become
increasingly common, especially among
teenagers, as the digital sphere has expanded
and technology has advanced.
ALWAYS REMEMBER!
Don’t stand by stand up, stand strong together. Don’t
stand by, stand up against bullying. End bullying before it
ends a life.
Bullying never has to do with you. It’s the bully who is
insecure.
Bullies are afraid of the power YOU have.
Bullying is not a reflection of the victim’s character, but
rather a sign of the bully’s lack of character.
Always remember
to stand up and
speak for yourself!
