de datos relevantes. Esto, con el objetivo de construir o
formar una idea del contexto económico, social,

Si bien es cierto, que todas las etapas del proceso
administrativo son fundamentales para la buena
gestión de la empresa, la previsión es la principal y
por ende, las que siguen se fundamentan con los
resultados obtenidos de esta.
