► Organizational mission are things that every organization


should have.
► It describes and defines the main work scope of the
organization.
► A mission is the organization purpose of existence or why the
organization is found. It describes what the organization
should do to achieve the organization vision
► In other word, it is the explanation of who the organization is
and why you it exists.
