After six months of arguing, many of
which even reached the realm of law, it
all ended: Elon Musk became the legal
owner of Twitter as of Thursday night,
October 27, 2022, American time.
Before Elon Musk became the legal owner of Twitter,
Elon Musk tries to Cancel His Offer to buy Twitter.
Musk sent a letter to Twitter saying he plans to cancel
the merger deal for the microblogging social media

Twitter had breached the agreement and accused the
company of "providing false and misleading data on

WHAT WAS THE
SCANDAL?
First of all, Elon Musk has already bought enough shares
of Twitter to make him the largest shareholder. Elon
Musk's next step came in the form of himself taking the
initiative to bid to buy 100 percent of Twitter shares for $
54.20 each, or a total of 44 billion dollars or Rp. 684.5
trillion. Twitter accepted the offer. But Elon Musk abruptly
rescinded his bid, claiming that Twitter had breached the
deal and accusing the company of, "providing false and
misleading data on which Mr. Musk relied on him when
entering into a merger deal". The problem in question is
bot account data on the Twitter platform. Elon Musk
points out that the number is much larger than Twitter
has presented.Twitter later sued Musk to force him to
return to the buy-sell deal process he had already started.
This process, which was marked by arguments over
evidence as well as accusations of fraud, has reached the
Green Table or Court.In the end, Elon Musk decided to do
what he had agreed to and buy Twitter. And on Thursday
night, October 27 2022, Elon Musk and Twitter signed an
agreement.

Do It?
Twitter misleads investors and users about
the number of fake accounts on its
platform. They have long said that fake
accounts on their platform are under 5
percent. In fact, Musk has alleged that
Twitter has more fake accounts than that
number. This is done by Twitter so that the
selling price is high.
WHAT ARE THE
SANCTIONS
Elon Musk reportedly
kicked off the era of
Twitter's new private
owner by firing a
number of executives,
including CEO Parag
Agrawal, CFO Ned Segal,
and chief policy officer
Vijaya Gadde.
 MORAL LESSON
We must be honest in doing everything, then God will accompany
us and finish what we are going to do or what we are doing.
Because if we cheat, everything we do or what we plan will be
damaged and not go as we expected. Because it is written in
the bible that honest people are led by their sincerity but
betrayal is ruined by their cheating.
