A Trip to Nainital

On 22nd June, I, father and mother went on a trip to Nainital. It took us 7 hours to reach Nainital.
If It takes 7 hours to reach Nainital from New Delhi, then find the time it will take to go to Nainital and back
to New Delhi. ____ hours
When we reached Nainital, father checked the distance we had travelled, it was 315 kms. It was a long drive
to reach our beautiful destination. My mother was exploring the cottage where we were supposed to stay
for our holiday. It was a huge cottage with 4 bedrooms and a giant living room. It also had a huge kitchen.
There was also an attic where I slept.
If it takes 7 hours to travel 315 kms, calculate the speed at which my father was driving his car.
Hint: Let’s use the formula which we have learned at school, Distance= Time x Speed
I went to explore the ground and activity room. The ground was humongous and the activity room was full
of board games and books.
If there are 20 books in one shelf and there are 15 shelfs. How many books are there in total?
At the cottage I made a new friend, his name is Aarav. I enjoyed playing with him. The day we were
supposed to leave for home, my father was unable to find his car keys and it was quite a scene to watch.
Father found the keys in my backpack, for which I was not responsible yet I was scolded for it. I wonder if it
went into my backpack by magic or by someone else’s mischief. Finally, we made our way back home and it
was happy to be going back to my home where all my toys were, I spent the rest of my holiday playing with
them.
We left for Nainital on 22nd June and came back home on 25th June. How long was the trip?
