Why Internshala ?
About the company

2010
How it all started
Sarvesh, founder & CEO, started Internshala as a blog with a mission to bring a culture of meaningful internships in India. And for the first two years, he hired only
virtual interns.
2013
The website launch
After building a small team, he then launched our website with just one goal - to equip every student in India with their dream internship. And they did
it all for free.

2015
Internshala app launch
The next big step could not have been anything other than launching their very own Android app, bringing Internshala in the ‘hands’ of the students.

2016
The beginning of Internshala Trainings
After many successful years as an internship platform, their motivation to upskill the students only increased, and that’s when they kickstarted a new
journey with Internshala Trainings.

2020
When they launched Fresher Jobs
With Fresher jobs, they embarked on a journey filled with newer challenges, which allowed us to provide bigger & better opportunities to graduates
with 0-2 years of experience.

2021
The launch of Job Oriented Specializations - With an insight that more than 90% of the graduates in India start their careers with a job that pays
less than 3LPA, they came up with Jobs Oriented Specialization programs to help the students start their careers in their dream profiles.
Why Internshala ?

• Since it is a start-up company so it would most


probably be having more flaws than a well-established
known company.
• As it is a startup company so most students taking part
in this competition wouldn’t know about it. Therefore,
we most probably wouldn’t be replicating the same
brand.
• The main reason why we have chosen internshala is
because we have found a similarities between the logo
of EasemyTrip and internshala. So, it might create a
legal threat for the company in future. As we have
seen in the case of Paypal and Paytm.

• Text and alignment.


• Color palette or theme.
• Images placement.
• Foreground and background
difference.
• Font selection or typography.
• Recreation of logo.
What & why
about
the changes ?

• Icon – To make it a little more attractive.


• Tagline – It represents opportunity and
growth.
• Slogan – Represents equality and mutual
benefits.
• Logo – To differentiate it from the logo
of EaseMyTrip and to make it more
suitable for an internship company.
• Promoting lines/offers - It gives us some
insights and achievements of the
company.
Conclusion
•Since rebranding is a act of changing an organisation’s name,logo,color palette and
other structural parts of the brand identity!
•So as we found some flaws in the marketing of this company, that’s why we came
up with some sort of changes that might improve the
Brand identity, loyalty, positioning, etc.
Our process of rebranding are as follows :-
• Know why we are doing rebranding.
• Identification of brands.
• Developing our new brand identity.
• Design visuals and graphics carefully.
• Final step is to roll out your brand on all platforms i.e. Instagram, Facebook,
Twitter.
