Why non of Bids awarded yet?
• All we can assume is:
• Our Bid Price higher than other Bidders.
So why our Bid Price Higher than others?
• May be other bidders have more owned equipment's.
Findings: Sindhulimadi Bhumesthan Chakmake Udaypur Katar, Ashish have ongoing project near by area, where all equipment's and resources were already on stock after
completion of near by project by which they have been able to quote the bid price up to 37% below tentative amount.

• Leakage of our quotation.

• Because accepted bid is proportionately 15 % lower than our Bid price on Morang’s 3 Tenders.

Findings: Danfe have Old employees who have already resigned but still knows the User and Password of EGP>
Solution: We have already changed the user and password.

• Other Bidder might have some channel

• May be our Bad luck and we need to try yet more.
Proposal

• Register O.Tech Construction on EGP

• Get the license so that we can apply for small tenders from O.Tech Construction itself.
• Listing for small projects of Kathmandu Valley, ( Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur) and proceed further for Bid process
via O.Tech Construction.
• Register on Tender sewa to know the Bid result and improve bid listing more precisely.

Point to Focus

• We have already summarized Danfe’s experience however need to Optimize Summary for all experiences including
all quantities and project amount.
• Update the Danfe Company profile with current year’s Turnover.
• Plan for 3 Bridges Along Madan Bhandari Road.
• Agreement Date: 5 th July 2020
• Submission of Design Detail: 4 th Dec 2020
• Project time line: 33 months ( i.e start Date: 5th June 2020 and End Date: 5 th March 2023

• Super structure 5 Numbers
• Total length 235m as per contract Data sheet.

• Listing for small projects related to Building for Kathmandu Valley, ( Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur) and proceed further for
Bid process via O.Tech Construction. (discussion going on with Prabin dai too)
• Listing of projects from Tender sewa as well.

• Briefing on all listed tenders and decide which to apply after discussing with Prabin dai and Barna dai..
