 Ask : M2O iTest to be Refreshed between 30th Aug - 6th
Sep
Background :
• M2O iTest is refreshed on 12-DEC-20 hence the catalog / data is not the latest, which creates problem in SIT and
UAT
• EIM Q3 catalog release is planned between 21st - 23rd Aug2021. It will help in getting a clean data set in required
environment

Possible Option :

• NPI2Cash will make FC sandbox M2OSUPPORT available as Swapbox

• Rename to M2O Support  M2OITEST2 while refresh (between 30th Aug - 6th Sep) & perform post refresh
activities
• Refreshed environment to be handed over to NPI2Cash / cCRM team on 6th Sept and respective team to deploy
required code based.
• M2O iTest2 will be new SIT/UAT environment ( until next refresh is planned)
• Existing M2OITEST to be handed over to NPI2C on 13th Sep

Alternate Solution :
 Ask : M2O DEV to be Refreshed between 23rd Sep - 28th Sep

Background :
• In order to cater R7.2 Major Turbo Engine Release in March 2021, BUILD, IDEV & iTEST should be Ready with TC
& TP Set Up by 1st Week of November
• Refresh at any later point will not make R7.2 Go-Live possible in March 2022

Possible Option :

• Refresh DEV post iTEST refresh on 13th September using the FC Sandbox
• Swap Box: iTEST (New SIT/UAT Environment post Refresh is : iTEST2)
• Refreshed Development environment(iDEV2) will be handed over to NPI2Cash / cCRM team on 29th Sept and
respective team to deploy required code base.
• M2O iDEV2 will be new Development environment
• TC TP Set up will be continued post that, no impact to cCRM Build/Development
• Old DEV org will be available till 15th Oct for any Back Up or for reference/Sanity Check

 Ask : M2O BUILD to be Refreshed between 15th Oct - 19th Oct

Possible Option : BUILD Refresh from 15th Oct – 19th Oct

• Refresh BUILD post DEV refresh from on 15th October using the FC Sandbox
• Swap Box: DEV (New Development Environment post Refresh is : iDEV2)
• Refreshed Build environment(BUILD2) will be handed over to NPI2Cash / cCRM team on 19th Oct and
respective team to deploy required code base.
• M2O BUILD2 will be new build environment
• TC TP Set up will be continued post that, no impact to cCRM Build
• Old BUILD org will be available till 5th Nov for any Back Up or for reference/Sanity Check
