EXPLAINATION

 1.Speed : a computer works with much higher speed and accuracy compared to
humans while performing mathematical calculation .computer performed millions
of instruction per second .
 2.Accuracy :computer performed calculations with 100% accuracy. Error may
occur due to data inconsistency or inaccuracy.
 3. Reliability :A computer is reliable as it gives consistent results for similar set of
data i.e,if we give the same set of input any number of times ,we will get at the
same result
 4.Diligence : A computer can performed millions of instruction or calculations
with the same consistency and accuracy.

 5.Memory : A computer has built in memory called primary memory where it

stores data .Secondary storage is removable devices such as
CDs,pendrive,etc..which are also used to store data.

 6.Automation : The computer performs all the tasks automatically i.e.it

performs tasks without manual invention.

 7.Versality : it refers to the capability of a computer to perfom different kinds

of work with the same accuracy and efficiency.
 STEPS :
 1.Open PowerPoint.
 2.In the left panel ,select New .
 3.Select an Option:
 To create a presentation from scratch , select Blank Presentation.
 To use a prepared design , select one of the templates.
 To see tips for using PowerPoint ,select Take a Tour ,and then select create
 Select the text, and then select one or more options from the Font section of
the Home tab, such as Font, Increase Font Size, Decrease Font
Size, Bold, Italic, Underline, etc.
