• A: Hi Joel, how are you?
• B: I'm fine, thanks and you?
• A: Well, actually I don't feel well. I have a terrible headache from yesterday afternoon until now. I have also been coughing a bit in the morning.
• B: Oh no, that's too bad. Do you want me to call a doctor?
• A: You're very kind, but I don't need a doctor, I'll be fine.
• B: Hmm, are you taking any medication?
• A: I am taking an aspirin and a cough medicine.
• B: What do you feel in your head apart from the pain, something different?
• A: Well, apart from feeling pain in my head, I feel discomfort at bedtime, I can't drink cold things because my head hurts more.
• B: Did you drink or eat something cold before? Like an ice-cream?
• A: Well, I had an iced drink at night at a party, and before I went to sleep I hit my head.
• B: Ok, did you do anything after you woke up?
• A: No, at night the pain just started.
• B: Are you sure you don't need a doctor?
• A: It is not necessary.
• B: It's fine. But I would recommend that you take some mate or some pill for the head, with the headache take a mate and sleep more, so call me
