HOW TO ACT AS A

LEADER?
Matthew 20:26
But among you it will be different. Whoever
wants to be a leader among you must be your
servant.
Nothing h__p__s without
leadership.
Nothing happens without
leadership.
This ministry is here because somebody
took on leadership.
Nothing ch_n_es without
Leadership.
Nothing changes without
Leadership.
This ministry will remain the same if we
will not step up on leadership.
Nothing a_v_n_es without
leadership.
Nothing advances without
leadership.
Nothing to progress unless there is
leadership involved.
Nothing in life s__c__ds
without leadership.
Nothing in life succeeds
without leadership.
It took a brave leader to bring one’s life a
successful one.
To act as a great leader, you need the r___t
m__d_et.
To act as a great leader, you need the right
mindset.
• A leader is a very unique person. Their thinking is
different and they do not think as followers.
• They used to be followers but what made them cross the
line is something about their thinking. That is the kind
of attitude that influence people.
• If you want to influence other people, you must develop
that kind of thinking as a leader.
Let’s talk about the lion as the
king of the jungle.
• Proverbs 28:1 The wicked run away when no
one is chasing them, but the godly are as bold as
lions.
• The lion has the spirit of leadership - attitude.
• As a leader, your thinking must be different from
the thinking of a follower, although you must
have been there once.
Let’s talk about the lion as the
king of the jungle.
• We must learn from that, because God identified
Himself with that animal, having that kind of
attitude – the more we should manifest that kind
of attitude because the Spirit of God is not only
identifying with us but living in us!
• 1 Corinthians 6:19 Or do you not know that your
body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in
you, whom you have from God, and you are not
your own?
Take note of the powerful truth with regard to the
positive attitude of a LION!

THE LION IS NOT:

• the tallest in the animal kingdom

• the largest animal in the jungle
• the heaviest animal in the jungle
• the most intelligent animal in the jungle
• the strongest animal in the jungle
• the fastest animal in the jungle
• YET – HE IS THE KING!
• You might not be the tallest, not the
biggest, not the smartest, not the
strongest, not the fastest, but YOU can
be the LEADER! You don’t need all of
these advantages to become a leader!
• A great leader ACTS the way he
THINKS!
• The difference between a LEADER and
a FOLLOWER is the ATTITUDE!
Your power to lead is buried inside YOU
because of how YOU think!

Attitude produces certain behaviors that stretch beyond

limitations.

Attitude is what makes a leader see the circumstances

differently.

Attitude is the product of belief – you cannot act

differently from what you believe.
 HOW TO ACT AS A LEADER?
Change how you think and what you do.

Stop thinking more work. Stop doing only those things you have
1 Start thinking what works. 3 done.
Start doing those things you could and
should do.

Stop thinking, can I? Stop doing what is expected.

2 Start thinking how can I? 4 Start doing more than is expected.

Stop doing important things every once in a while.

5 Start doing important things every day.
