Conflict management and Negotiation Styles
Conflict management is the practice of being able to identify and managing conflicts sensibly,
fairly, and efficiently.
Following are the common ways for managing conflicts (Negotation styles):
1. Collaborating: I win, you win.
2. Competing: one wins other looses .
3. Avoiding: I lose, you lose.
4. Accommodating(Adjust): I lose you, you win.
5. Compromising(adjust and give in): both parties compromise.
