BUSINESS IDEA
According to the research, plastic waste such as plastic bags,
plastic cups, and straws will be thrown into the environment after
only a few minutes of use that takes 400 to 1,000 years to
decompose completely. Every year, around the world, up to 300
million tons of plastic waste are disposed of into the environment.
Vietnam, on average, generates about 1.8 million tons of plastic
waste each year, including more than 30 billion plastic bags.
Approximately, each household in Vietnam uses about 1kg of
plastic bags per month. More than 80% of them are discarded after
a single use. Currently, people are too dependent on single-use
plastic items, thereby causing serious consequences for the
environment as well as our health.

Grasping the above situation, with the desire to reduce the burden
on the environment, that change individuals' habit of using
disposable products protects the environment and our health
simultaneously. Our company Green Life has launched several
products made from recycled leaves to replace non-biodegradable
plastic products such as foam boxes, plastic bags, .etc.
Benefits of using products made from recycled leaves:
 
Safe for health: The main ingredients to make the above
products are of natural origin, so users can be completely
safe from the threats of plastic to health, especially when
storing food. The above products are made from offhanded
materials to help people reduce the risk of exposure to
harmful substances such as BPA and phthalates. In addition,
to process the bags of the above products after use, there is
no need to burn them, just bury them instead, so they do not
create harmful gases that cause cancer and birth defects
such as dioxins and furans.
 
Environmentally friendly: The products that can be
decomposed into organic substances and biomass
completely without any harmful residues to the environment.
Moreover, the amount of biomass generated can be used to
produce bio-fertilizers for plants to help regenerate green
ecosystems. That is a prominent benefit that humanity aims
to create a sustainable ecosystem for future generations.
TYPE OF BUSINESS
We decided on a limited liability business because it limits the owners' responsibility. This type of company has a fairly simple and
suitable structure and operating principle, especially when it comes to small and medium-sized businesses like Green Life. Limited
liability companies include limited liability companies with one member and limited liability companies with two or more members. We
choose the type of company as a limited liability company with two members because we want to raise more capital.

A limited liability company (LLC) is a business entity whose legal status is established by legislation (the Enterprise Law). The company
owner and the company are two separate legal entities. Before the law, the company has legal status from the date of issuance of the
business registration certificate, the company owner is a natural person with rights and obligations corresponding to the company
ownership.
A limited liability corporation has no more than 50 members who contribute capital to its formation, and the firm is only accountable for
debts and other financial obligations up to the value of its assets. A limited liability company is not entitled to issue shares to raise capital.

Advantages:

poses little risk to capital contributors.
• The capital transfer regime is strictly regulated, so investors can easily control the change of members, limiting the penetration of
strangers into the company.
