Historical Black Figures Wax Museum
PURPOSE: Students will have learn & recite a speech that captures the
voice of their historical figure. 

REQUIREMENTS: 
1. Actor MUST demonstrate the historical figure’s personality, life
journey and achievements through costume, props and voice.

2. Students will create a poster of their historical figures for display in
the Media Center.
3. For PREPARATION: In class, students rehearse in small groups
listening to each other’s presentations, asking questions along the
way, and guiding the conversation based on what they want to know.

American contributions to American
society.
