 Objectives:
A. To discuss the health and hygienic comfort room
monitoring tool in preparation for the carpet
visitation;

B. To identify areas that need to improve based on

the monitoring tool indicators;
C. To create appropriate strategies, understand where
improvements need to be made, track performance
see if we are heading in the right direction; and

D. Revisit/create SBM TWG for the clean and

hygieneic comfort room.
