• Total Heat Flux and Thermal Error values also more values comparing existing material

• From the above results it is evident that among three different disc profiles (1, 2 & 3) taken for the study the Disc Brake Profiles
can be used for effective performance.
• Comparing the different results of temperature rise, obtained from thermal analysis it shows thermal stress. It is concluded that
profile 3 disk brake is the best for the present application
