Definition of Trade Union:

Trade Union is an association of workers. After the industrial revelation,

two parties have been developed which will still prevailing in modern
industrial society. One party is known as Management and the other
party is known as workers.

According to shvernik,” Trade Union is an association, the chief aim of

which is the regulation of mutual relations between the workers and the
employers.
The Bangladesh labor code-2006,” Trade Union means any
combination of workmen or employers formed primarily for the purpose
of regulating the relations between workmen and employers or workmen
and workmen or employers and employers, or for imposing restrictive
conditions on the conduct of any trade or business and includes a
federation of two or more trade unions.
