Food helps to make your strong. It gives you energy and
helps you grow stay healthy.

pyramid we will find cereals,
bread ,rice,flour potatoes and fresh
vegetables.

Most of them are characterized by


providing complex carbohydrates such as
strach and fiber. Through its consumption
we will be able to provide our body with
the calories it needs on a daily basis for the
development of its functions

Fruit benefits:

1) Fruits provide us with water, vitamins, minerals and fiber.

2) Due to their antioxidants, they prevent premature aging.

3) Consumed daily, fruits help us prevent various diseases.

4) They are sweet, tasty and low in calories.

5) Fruits give us a feeling of satiety as they contain fiber.

Most of the consumption meat for humans
comes from mammals, usually known as red

In nutrition, the food pyramid is a
reference to the proportion that our body
needs to maintain a healthy and balanced
diet. The daily intake of 55%
carbohydrates, 30% fat and 15% protein,
vitamins, minerals and fibers is
recommended.
