3. Consultation.
Consulting and working with your employees is
important. Employees must have a basic
understanding of what could be considered high-risk
activities in the salon. There should be a two way
communication where employers listen to and
cooperate with employees. Management can then
ensure OHS decisions are based on the best and most
up-to-date information.
4. Training.
