Educational Institutions, Workplaces and Public Places.
Nurses in Health Facilities (such as Puskesmas) as health workers, at least can act as
health service providers through nursing care, health educators or extension workers,
case finders, liaisons and coordinators, executors of nursing counseling and role models.
Education Institution: In real situations nursing students and lecturers often carry out
community service activities which generally also describe health promotion efforts such
as health education for certain groups and outreach to the general public.

Global estimates suggest that 35% of women worldwide have experienced some form
of domestic violence, the vast majority of which is intimate partner violence. As far as
its health impacts go, domestic violence is considered a significant public health
problem, where the human, social and economic costs outweigh the costs of smoking.
There is no doubt that domestic violence is a problem that requires serious attention and
because of its complexity and wide manifestations, this requires an integrated multi-
sector response, especially the health sector which is a role model in responding to and
preventing it.
