    CLASSIFICATION AND PACKAGING

    INVENTORY

    Product identifier and name of the hazardous chemicals
    Composition and ingredients
    Total quantity and hazard classification of the imported or supplied
    • Must be maintained in good condition and in orderly manner
    • If the name and concentration of chemicals in the mixture is confidential, it
    can be omitted from label and SDS and be replaced with generic name and
    allowable concentration range respectively.
    • The information should be revealed to anyone who uses the chemical when
    requested in writing solely for the purpose of protection of the safety and
    health of the employees
    CONFIDENTIAL BUSINESS
    INFORMATION
    • If the name and concentration of chemicals in the mixture is
    confidential, it can be omitted from label and SDS and be replaced
    with generic name and allowable concentration range respectively.
    • The information should be revealed to Director General, Occupational
    Health Doctor or anyone who use or handle the chemical when
    requested in writing solely for the purpose of protection of the safety
    and health of the employees
