IDEO’S APPROACH TO
CINEPLANET’s PROBLEMS
Cineplanet's project is aimed at identifying unmet needs of movie-goers and providing a satisfying customer experience.
To redesign cinemagoers' movie-going experience for Cineplanet, IDEO was hired as a consultant. IDEO has
implemented its human-centric approach which includes exploratory, concepting, and prototyping phase.
