fuels as a consequences the need for new energy sources could provide a solution to

the problem as they are inexhaustible and have less adverse impacts on the

onvirenement than fossil fuels yet renewable energy sources technology has not

reached a high standard at which it can be considered competitive to fossil fuels the

present study deals with the energy analysis of solar energy wind power and geother

mal energy
 that is the actual use of energy from the exesting available energy discussed in addition renewable

energy sources are compared with the non renewable energy sources on the basis of efficiency

 This research in tends to investige a mathematical model for in-doped silicon structure and calculate

the absorbance of simulated cell then study the effect of impurity photovoltaic effect on the respnsivity

and internal quantum efficiency using that the shockley-read-hall model it is found that the internal flux

inside the simulated lambertian cell could be enhanced as much a 25 times as a result of light trapping

maximum responsivity and internal quantum efficiency of the simulated cell was obtained at a waveleng

the around 1µm and 10̂⁷ cm iridium concentration

 Near infrared response of the simulated cell is improved due to the enhancements of sub-band gap

response by iridium doping to compare the mathematical model with the practical result few simples

of in-dopped n-type silicon structures have been fabricated using the thermal vaccum resistive

technique maximum responsivity and maximum internal quantum efficiency obtained at wavelenyth

0.9-1µm and 3.96*10⁷ cm iridium concentration the results of the simulated and practical cells agree
