CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS
 RIGHT TO SCHOOL EDUCATION: The Constitution Act ,
inserted Article 21-A in the Constitution of India to provide
free and compulsory education of all children in the age
group of six to fourteen years.
 RIGHT TO VOTE: It gives the citizens the power to elect
leaders of their choice and the elected accountable.
RIGHTS IN DEMAND
 RIGHT TO WORK: It means that everyone is free to work
where he/she wants to work without any discrimination of
religion, caste, color etc.
 RIGHT TO ADEQUATE STANDARD OF LIVING: Everyone has
the right to an adequate standard of living including
adequate food, water and housing and to the continuous
improvement of living conditions.
FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS
 RIGHTS AGAINST EXPLOITATION: It prohibits all types
of forced labour, child labour and trafficking of people.
 RIGHTS TO EQUALITY: It prohibits discrimination on any
grounds and ensures that all citizens are treated equally
before law.
LEGAL RIGHTS

 A legal right is an interest accepted and protected by law.


Also, any debasement of any legal right is punishable by
law. Legal rights are equally available to all citizens
without the discrimination of caste, creed and sex.
