CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS
RIGHT TO SCHOOL EDUCATION: The Constitution Act ,
inserted Article 21-A in the Constitution of India to provide
free and compulsory education of all children in the age
group of six to fourteen years.
RIGHT TO VOTE: It gives the citizens the power to elect
leaders of their choice and the elected accountable.
RIGHTS IN DEMAND
RIGHT TO WORK: It means that everyone is free to work
where he/she wants to work without any discrimination of
religion, caste, color etc.
RIGHT TO ADEQUATE STANDARD OF LIVING: Everyone has
the right to an adequate standard of living including
adequate food, water and housing and to the continuous
improvement of living conditions.
FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS
RIGHTS AGAINST EXPLOITATION: It prohibits all types
of forced labour, child labour and trafficking of people.
RIGHTS TO EQUALITY: It prohibits discrimination on any
grounds and ensures that all citizens are treated equally
before law.
