expeditions and free admin fees for each courier service

Through qualitative research on our users,
we find out that there are 3 reasons;
• Some users hard to find fast and
cheap shipping rates and determine
couriers because of too many
options.
• Some users think that there's no
delivery accommodation in near
location.
• Some users hard to track
transportation from pickup to
delivery.
so when it changes to HMW question, the output will be
as follows;
• How might we create simple features for sellers who
confuse to determine suitable delivery so that they
can make a decision quickly?
• How might we make a package pick-up service for
users who hard to find delivery accommodation in
near locations so that they can deliver easily without
thinking about being limited by distance?
• How might we provide package tracking for users
who hard to track transportation from pickup to
delivery so that they can control the condition of
goods to be on time ?
