guidance and employment to match a persons abilities and
personality to a suitable career or role.

Psychometric tests are an objective way for recruiters to measure the


potential of candidates to perform well in a job role

Psychometric & Cognitive Test
Psychometric tests come in many forms and styles,
each measuring a specific skill or aptitude. They are
broadly separated into two categories:
Aptitude tests, which explore a candidate’s
reasoning or Cognitive Ability Common aptitude
tests include numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning,
inductive reasoning and abstract reasoning.
Personality tests: these assess a candidate’s
behaviours, drives, motivations and values to
determine how well they fit the company and role.
