Permission for fully vaccinated tourists and
travelers entering to the Kingdom of Cambodia
without quarantine.
• International travelers with fully COVID-19 vaccinated entering
Cambodia by land, air and water through international gateway MUST
have:
 Legitimate certificate or fully vaccination vaccine card
 Legitimate certificate of negative COVID-19 (PCR test) for 72hr prior departure
to Cambodia from its respective countries
 Take COVID-19 (Rapid test) up on arrival and need to wait 15-20 minutes for
the result
 If the result shown negative they are free to travel throughout Cambodia without
regional restriction, province, cities and quarantine

• International travelers that not have been vaccinated must take the PCR
test upon arrivals and undertake the quarantine of 14 days

• Travelers who have been fully vaccinated should be
accompanied by
 Certificate confirming their full COVID-19 vaccination and
 a negative COVID-19 certificate (PCR test) 72 hours before arrival
 A COVID-19 rapid antigen test will be performed upon arrival at
Cambodian international gateways
 If negative : they can travel freely throughout Cambodia
 If positive : they will be referred for the treatment at designated place
authorized by the Ministry of Health

• For non-vaccinated or not fully vaccinated
 A COVID-19 rapid antigen test will be performed upon arrival at
Cambodian international gateways
 If negative : they are required to undertake the quarantine for 14 days at
designated place authorized by the Ministry of Health or competence
authority and will take a PCR test on day 13
 If positive : they will be referred for the treatment at designated place
authorized by the Ministry of Health
 Travelers are required to have a reservation document for the
quarantine
 In case of no booking, travelers must prepare cash of 2000USD to be
deposited at the entrance to Cambodia to ensure all expenses related to
quarantine

• COVID-19 treatment responsibilities
 Foreigners are responsible for their own treatment if contracted with
COVID-19 or other pathogens
 All travelers are encouraged to purchase COVID-19 health insurance
 FORTE insurance company

• For the fully vaccinated travelers who are currently in

quarantine, are allowed to stop the quarantine if the COVID-19
test result is negative
