Brushing Routine:
• Brush morning and night

• Brush for TWO minutes

• Floss your teeth ONE time per day

• Use a PEA SIZE amount of toothpaste

• Brush in small circular motions

• Tickle your gum tissue with the toothbrush

• Spit, spit, spit until all the toothpaste is out

• No need to rinse your mouth with water
