• bigfoot, also known as sasquatch, according to the name given by the
indigenous peoples of north America. it is about being with the
appearance of a primate, supposed to be seen in the high forests of the
pacific northwest region of north America.

• these are usually seen in swampy areas and are characterized by an

extremely strong and unpleasant odor.

• due to the lack of physical evidence and the large number of specimens
that would be necessary to maintain a population that can reproduce.
the scientific community considers that bigfoot is a mythological and
folklore belief.
Description
It is a creature with a height of 1.83 to 2.13 m
(meters), approximately 160 kg (kilograms), with
broad shoulders and a stocky build. The head is
small, pointed and low; sometimes there is talk of a
crest on the top of the skull. Small eyes and except
for the face, hands and feet, a fine layer of hair
covers its body, usually brown or black, although it
tends to be reddish with silver or white highlights.
• Traces and opinions
No remains of any specimen, carcasses, bones, skin, hair, excrement, or other
physical traces that have not been identified as from another known animal
have been found. The only traces that are available are footprints (several have
turned out to be false), some blurred and distant photos, recordings of
questioned authenticity and the observations of witnesses.
• Formal studies
scientists have taken action on the matter and have joined the task of
contributing to the investigation. Although there is still no evidence to ensure
its existence, an institution like the Royal Society has taken the matter
seriously and has published the (negative) results of two samples sent to its
laboratories.
• Bigfoots are shy and do not like the presence of humans.

• Among the most common theories are those of surviving Neanderthals or ancient apes.

• It is believed to be a nocturnal creature, as most sightings have occurred at night.

• Some say it could be a descendant of Gigantopithecus.

• Its name is due to the gigantic footprints found. These measure between 38 to 45
centimeters long.
