My Favorite Exercise
Jogging is my favorite form of exercise. Since I started jogging, Im in better physical shape. I lost 5 kilos, lowered my cholesterol by 20 points and have a resting heartbeat of 60. Ive also made good friends with other joggers. Every morning we meet in the park to jog for 30 minutes. Of course, we have great conversations, too. Finally, jogging is the cheapest form of exercise Ive ever practiced. I already have shorts, T-shirts and socks. Entrance to the park is free. I spent only $800 on shoes that were on sale. Ive practiced lots of types of exercise, but jogging has more benefits than anything else Ive tried.

Bilingual Benefits
Being bilingual has significant advantages beyond simple communication. Bilinguals may prioritize more easily. People who are fluent in two or more languages can distinguish more important from less important information better than monolinguals can. In addition, bilingualism can benefit problem solving. Bilinguals may use language centers of their brains even when theyre solving nonverbal problems, and they perform faster on some nonverbal tests than monolinguals do. Moreover, there are important benefits of bilingualism later in life. For older people who have Alzheimers disease, being bilingual can mean that their symptoms will be delayed by five or six years. Clearly, there are more benefits to learning another language than just being able to communicate with people from other countries.
