Never Skip Breakfast!

From experience I know that you should always eat breakfast before you go to school. On the few days that I skipped breakfast, I really suffered. After my first class I became extremely hungry. Soon after that I found it very difficult to concentrate on what the teacher was saying or what I was reading. Next my head began to throb. Unfortunately recess was still hours away. Dont let this happen to you! Make sure you eat breakfast before you go to school.
