Individual: Task One - 30%

Individually write a 2500-word essay that addresses the following statement:

“Critically analyse changes and developments driven by media technologies in a


particular industry, for example: Video Games, Visual Effects, Animation, Art and
Technology collaborations. Use at least one case study in your analysis to address the way
in which new media technologies are advancing or producing changes within the Creative
Industries. Looking at these trends within your chosen industry, what jobs or roles would
you expect to see in the future (5-10 years time), what would your dream job be within that
and why?”
