 Problem Statement

In a new city, people may not know much about hotels,

restaurants, or hostels etc. This has a negative impact
on exploration, plus knowing what to do in the city is
difficult. Many people spend a lot of time trying to find
the right vendors and are often unsuccessful in doing
so. The company will also have no idea what its
customers want and dislike, which has a negative
impact on the company and makes it unable to grow
due to a lack of understanding of its flaws.

Review polarity will show rating of
the listed businesses so that people
can choose the one fitting their
