Common Ways Of Starting MS Excel Spreadsheet
Program
Option A
1. Click the Start Button.
2. Point to All Programs.
3. Point to Microsoft Office 2016.
4. Click on Excel 2016.
Option B
5. Check on the Microsoft Office task bar.
6. Click on the shortcut icon of Excel.
Option C
1. Look for the shortcut icon on the desktop.
2. Click on the icon of Excel.
Option D
3. Click on the Search icon in the taskbar.
4. Type Excel on the search box.
5. Press Enter
Option E
6. Clink on the Start button.
7. Look for Excel on the alphabetical list of available software.
8. Click on Excel.
Saving the Worksheet
1.Click on the File tab and on the menu, click the Save or Save As.
2.On the Save As window, select This PC, click on the drive or location
where you want to save and the Save As dialog box will appear.
3.Click on the file namebox, type your file name and click Save.
4.Or, on the Quick Access Toolbar, the Save button and follow the rest of the
instructions.
5.Or, you may also use the shortcut key Ctrl+S then follow the ret of the
instructions.
