 Hybrid Work Model : Hybrid work is a flexible approach that combines
working in an office environment and working from home.

 Employee Experience : Companies with a great employee experience


provide a streamlined work environment for their employees, which
enables them to do their work well and push the company forward.

 Employee upskilling : Upskilling refers to providing current employees


with additional skills. On the other hand, reskilling refers to replacing an
employee’s outdated skills with new skills that meet the needs of the
changing market.
 Automation : HR automation is the process of enhancing the efficiency of the
HR department by freeing employees from tedious manual tasks, and allowing
them to focus on complex tasks like decision making and strategizing .

 Virtual team building activities : An employee’s connections,


collaborations, and work-life balance have to be taken into account. For
instance, virtual video conferencing helps employees to feel like a part of a
team, rather than working alone.
 Employee Retention : Employee retention is one of the longest parts of the
employee life cycle model. You need to continuously engage your employees
to keep them on board. That not only helps you build a stable, productive
workforce .
