Happy: Raju had been working in the city for years, and his daily travel for work had always been a
nightmare due to heavy traffic congestion. But one day, he was surprised to find that his travel for work
had become significantly smoother, and he was able to reach his workplace in less than half the time it
usually took him. The reason for this was the improvement of traffic management system in the city that
had reduced congestion. Raju was happy because he could now spend more time with his family, pursue
his hobbies and lead a more balanced life.

Happy: The people living in the neighbourhood around the city centre were used to constant traffic
honking and pollution. But one day, The traffic congestion in the area had reduced significantly. People
could now walk to work, enjoy their morning jogs and walk their dogs in peace. The sudden peace and
quiet of the area had a positive impact on their mental health, and everyone felt more relaxed and
refreshed. People started to gather in the local parks and public spaces, enjoying the fresh air and
sunlight, and creating a stronger sense of community.

Sad: The small businesses located in the city centre had always relied on heavy traffic flow to keep their
businesses afloat. However, with the improvement in traffic management system in the city, traffic
congestion reduced, and the number of visitors to the area dropped significantly. This had a massive
impact on the livelihoods of the small business owners, who struggled to make ends meet. Many
businesses had to shut down, and many people lost their jobs, creating a ripple effect on the local
economy.

Sad: Mann is the one of the normal middle class people who is working to live a happy and peaceful life.
Who is now used to smoother traffic flow in the city from past 2 year is facing problems due to traffic
congestion .Despite the reduced traffic congestion, the city was unable to maintain the new traffic
management system due to budget cuts. This led to the system failing, and traffic congestion returning to
the previous levels. Mann who had gotten used to the smooth traffic flow is left frustrated and stressed
again, and the reduced pollution levels in the city were reversed. This accidentally happened on the day
when Mann was going for very important presentation related to his work and he got late for it and is
now demoted for work position which resulted in financial problems.
