 People are affected with many diseases all round .

 The study of the various diseases can be done by using Machine learning and deep learning .
 A global health fatal diseases
 Steadily growing
 Creating the increasing rate of mortality and morbidity .
 The early detection, controlling, and managing of the disease before it causes a large affect.
 Predict the progression of various diseases with precise accuracy
 Dynamic nature in the early stages, and patient heterogeneity .
 Vary with person to person .
 Objective
 To develop a web based application interface to detect the various
diseases of a person based on different symptoms and Quick
diagnosis , Doctor Recommendation and Medication.
 Problem statement

 Disease detection using CT scans have been attempted . using CT scans as a

mechanism to detect disease leads to cross infection and there will be a delay
in procuring the results .
 So thus we propose a web based application using Machine learning and
deep learning to detect the various diseases that may be fatal for a person .

Software Requirements:

 Platform (both sides) : - Windows 98, ME, 2000 and further, XP/UNIX
/Solaris

 Software (Client side) : - Visual studio code

 Software (server side) : - browser

 Programming language:- JavaScript, Django, SQL, Html/Css ,Bootstrap,

PHP.
 Modules To Be Used
 Login and registration system  offers sign-up and sign-in facilities into the system.
 History lookup  helps in fetching the history of a patient by the doctors or patients.
 Creating medical log  This is only available for doctor user. With the help of this module,
the doctors can create the medical entry for a patient that will be stored into the database.

 Predicting the disease based on symptoms  helps

people predict their diseases
by selecting the symptoms from the list given on the platform.
 An informative section for basic health related schemes  provides a scheme
structure to manage scheme beneficiaries.
 Quick diagnosis for the over-the-counter medicines  helps the people in getting
OTC medicines along with the predicted disease.
