2 STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM {

This study aims to investigate the challenges and opportunities associated with
5 the use of ATM. Automated teller machines (ATM) are becoming increasingly
6 common these days. People can withdraw money more easily whenever they need to.
7 Although the majority of bank clients are familiar with the mentioned technology,
8 not all of them are skilled users. Despite the widespread use of ATMs, there are
several areas where  improvements can be made to enhance customer satisfaction,
9 security, innovation and operational efficiency or cost effective. The system should
10 be user friendly and not confusing. Conducting this research, we hope to provide
11 valuable insights into the use of ATMs and their impact on the banking industry.
